About the Section

Membership Open to Boyd Law Students

Purpose:

To provide leadership on emerging issues at the intersection of law, science, and technology in Nevada; to promote sound understanding on such issues, and to enhance the professional development of its members. Goals of this section include: Greater exposure to members of the bar to participate in the section; Sponsorship of publication of videos, computer, audio, and written materials and provide certified legal education lectures for members of the section; Formulation and organization of immediate and long-range goals which will be in the best interest of its members and as a section of the State Bar of Nevada.
