About the Section:
Purpose:
To enhance the delivery of legal services to the elder community by encouraging mutual interaction among Elder Law Attorneys aimed at professional growth and development, and to provide professional education and continuing legal education for attorneys practicing law in the State of Nevada. This section may adopt legislative positions; however, they may only be adopted in accordance with the bylaws of the State Bar.
