To change your status, submit the request form along with applicable payment and the SCR 78 Certification of Compliance and Consent (trust account disclosure) available here. The professional liability insurance disclosure and all contact information must be current. Changing your license from Active to Inactive
March 1st each year is an extremely important date to keep in mind. Transferring from Active to Inactive after March 1st will result in the Active license renewal fee being due.
