February 2024 BAR EXAM:

The February 2024 bar exam will be administered in Las Vegas on February 27-29, 2024.  The main Las Vegas site will be at the South Point Hotel & Casino.  Accommodated applicants will test at the State Bar of Nevada, Las Vegas office. Information about making hotel reservations at the South Point Hotel & Casino during the February 2024 bar exam will be posted when it is available on this website at https://nvbar.org/licensing-compliance/admissions/bar-exam/parking-lodging/

The application is open.  The first deadline to submit an application is October, 1, 2023. The second deadline that includes a $550 late fee is December 1, 2023. No applications will be accepted after December 1, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. PT. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.  All fees are non-refundable.

The Admissions Department must receive your certified transcript from your law school showing the conferral of your Juris Doctorate no later than February 10, 2024 or you will not be permitted to sit for the February 2024 bar exam (SCR 55(2)).

COMPUTER TAKERS: You will not be permitted to take the Bar Exam on computer if you fail to sign-up to take the exam by computer on your application and pay the $150 computer registration fee at that time, fail to submit the required documentation 21 days after the date of the transmission of your supplemental package from the Admissions Department, or fail to perform the MANDATORY steps listed in the ILG registration.  There are no exceptions.
