Application for Exemption Based on Hardship

An attorney who cannot comply with annual CLE credit hour or fee requirements may apply for an exemption based on hardship. This form should be used to make the application and must be received before the Board can consider the request. Should application be impossible due to the hardship itself, the attorney may contact our office for further instruction.
