The forms library provides application forms if needed for your application to the State Bar of Nevada.  Also, you will find various applications to the State Bar, exam material request forms and the attorney’s oath.  Most forms are available as PDF documents.

Bar Exam Application Forms

DO NOT SUBMIT ANY OTHER DOCUMENTS OR COMPLETE THE BELOW FORMS UNTIL AFTER YOU RECEIVE EMAILED INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE ADMISSIONS DEPARTMENT ON HOW TO MOVE FORWARD, WHICH YOU WILL RECEIVE AFTER YOU HAVE SUBMITTED YOUR APPLICATION.  ANY DOCUMENTS YOU SUBMIT BEFORE YOU HAVE SUBMITTED YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE DISCARDED.

Admissions Products for Purchase

The below items must be ordered through the online admissions store. There are two ways to access the Online Store.

For Bar Applicants: Log-in to your online Admissions application account and scroll down to the bottom of the page, you will see Online Store and then click on “Admissions Store” then click the “Purchase Admissions Items” button at the top right side of the page, then select the item(s) and pay. While it does not show as an available shipping option, ordered items are sent via email.

For Nevada Attorneys: Log-in to your Attorney Dashboard/Member log-in. Under “Online Store” select “Attorney Card, Certificate of Standing, Statement of Discipline History.” Once in the Membership Store, select “Purchase Admissions Items.”  Then, select the item(s) and pay. While it does not show as an available shipping option, ordered items are sent via email.

  • Copy of Exam Essay Answers (applicants only)
    • **NOTE: The MBE answers are not released. You may request your essay and PT answers.
  • Multistate Bar Exam (MBE) Score Verification (applicants only) – The MBE answers and scoresheets are NOT released. MBE score verification is an individualized human review of the scoring process for a specific examinee. As part of NCBE’s standard quality control procedures, the accuracy of all scores is confirmed multiple times electronically before scores are reported.
