Attorney Oath:
Pursuant to SCR 73, upon being admitted to the State Bar of Nevada, each applicant shall take and subscribe to the Attorney’s Oath. Applicants cannot take the Oath of Attorney until an Order of Admission has been entered by the Nevada Supreme Court. Once the Supreme Court Order is entered, the applicant may take the Oath of Attorney before any judge or notary in any jurisdiction according to Rule 44 of the Policies & Procedures.
