February 2025 Exam Results:

The unofficial bar exam pass list for the February 2025 exam will be posted here and to State Bar of Nevada social media accounts no earlier than 3 PM on May 6, 2025. Official results will be e-mailed to applicants’ current email address. Changes to email address and/or mailing address must be made immediately by completing the Change of Contact Information Form.

To reapply for the next exam: Reapplicant applications for the July 2025 Bar Examination will be available online beginning May 6, 2025. Reapplicants are required to pay the $60.00 application fee along with either the $755.00 student fee or the $1,055.00 attorney fee, as applicable, along with the $150.00 computer fee if applicable. No late fee will be charged. The final deadline to submit a July 2025 online application is May 21, 2025; applications not submitted online by May 21, 2025, 11:59 P.M. PST will be rejected. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THE May 21, 2025, 11:59 P.M. PST DEADLINE; see SCR 52.

Attorney Oath:

Pursuant to SCR 73, upon being admitted to the State Bar of Nevada, each applicant shall take and subscribe to the Attorney’s Oath. Applicants cannot take the Oath of Attorney until an Order of Admission has been entered by the Nevada Supreme Court. Once the Supreme Court Order is entered, the applicant may take the Oath of Attorney before any judge or notary in any jurisdiction according to Rule 44 of the Policies & Procedures.
