On Dec. 7, 2022, the Municipal Court of the City of Reno issued Administrative Order (AO) 2022-03, complying with AB116, regarding the cancellation of warrants due to traffic citations.
According to AO 2022-03, the court, which has ceased issuing bench warrants for violations punishable as a civil infraction, authorizes its warrant team to purge and close any failure to appear warrants that fall within certain parameters.
