On Monday, Dec. 5, 2022, the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada announced that U.S. Magistrate Judge Cam Ferenbach will be retiring on January 7, 2024.
He assumed his duties on October 8, 2011. Before his appointment to the bench, Judge Ferenbach was a partner with the firm of Lionel Sawyer & Collins. His tenure there exceeded 30 years. During his legal career, he served as president of the Clark County Bar Association, the State Bar of Nevada, and the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada.
The state bar joins the court in extending its gratitude to Judge Ferenbach for his years of service to the federal judiciary and to the legal community.
