Eighth Judicial District Court Modifies Homicide Team and Reassigns Civil Cases
On Thursday, September 3, 2020, the Eighth Judicial District Court issued Administrative Order 20-20 modifying the departments assigned to the court’s homicide team. Department 10 has replaced Department 3 on the team. Department 10 shall serve as the team’s case management judge, while Department 10’s civil cases shall be reassigned to Department 3.
Effective Tuesday, September 8, 2020, the homicide team shall consist of the following judges:
- Hon. Tierra D. Jones
- Hon. Valerie Adair
- Hon. Michelle Leavitt
- Hon. Michael P. Villani
