On October 19, 2021, the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada issued Amended General Order 2019-07, revising the rules for the Pro Bono Program for furnishing representation to pro se litigants in matters where the court exercises its discretion to provide such representation.

The program provides for the reimbursement of reasonable, eligible expenses, such as depositions, interpreters, travel expenses, and experts. The amendment to the program raises the limit for reimbursements from $2,500 to $7,500.
