On Tuesday, January 10, 2023, the Las Vegas Township Justice Court released the eighth amended version of Administrative Order (AO) 18-04. This update followed the release the seventh amended version of Administrative Order (AO) 18-04 on Monday, January 9, 2023. Both orders are regarding the guidelines for administrative own recognizance releases in that court.
The order lists guidelines for arrest types and charges under which a person will typically qualify for a release, such as probable cause misdemeanors (with exceptions) and non-violent gross misdemeanors and/or felonies (with exceptions).
