On Tuesday, March 29, the Las Vegas Township Justice Court issued Administrative Order (AO) 22-03, which rescinds AO 21-09, effective immediately. AO 21-09 established temporary procedures at the court to maintain public safety during the pandemic and to comply with legislative changes.
AO 22-03 states that the court’s online case resolution platform is now online and allows most defendants to resolve traffic issues by entering a plea and uploading documents online.
Individual defendants choosing not to utilize the online case resolution platform may enter their plea in person on Mondays from 9 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Additionally, defendants choosing not to utilize the online platform who are represented by counsel may file a motion for an arraignment.
