The First Judicial District Court in Carson City has announced its intent to amend its local rules of practice and seeks comments and suggestions on how its rules can be improved. The purposes of the intended amendments are to comply with the Supreme Court’s order in ADKT 0491 to conform their rules to the new Nevada Rules of Criminal Procedure, and to make changes to the court rules based upon the court’s and attorneys’ experience operating under the rules during the past 14 months.

The deadline for submitting comments and suggestions is April 30, 2021.
