Feb. 2021 Nevada Bar Exam to be Conducted Remotely
On Thursday, Nov. 5, 2020, the Nevada Supreme Court issued an order approving a request from the Nevada Board of Bar Examiners to conduct the February 2021 Nevada Bar Exam remotely, using the same protocols used for the August 2020 Nevada Bar Exam.
The remote exam format eliminates the Multistate Bar Exam (MBE), and instead consists of seven Nevada essay questions and two performance tests. The exam will be conducted online with ILG software, except for applicants who require accommodation or request to handwrite the exam.
The exam will take place Feb. 23-24, 2021.
