Description
This CLE will train attendees in the fundamental skills of evidence, including admitting evidence and objecting appropriately while gaining confidence in the courtroom. The course will focus on foundations and objections, introducing documents and business records, and impeachment vs. refreshing recollection. Judge Sunny Bailey of the Nevada Eighth Judicial District Court will present the course in-person in her courtroom (Family Courtroom 7) at the Family Courts and Services Center. Lunch will be provided to attendees. Pro bono attorneys who refer others to this CLE can receive a free Starbucks gift card. This presentation is limited to two attorneys per firm. RSVP HERE
