FACULTY:

Roberta Ohlinger-Johnson has been practicing creditor’s rights for 15 years. She is secretary of the Creditors Bar Section and Legislative Chair of the Creditors Rights Attorney Association of Nevada. Her interests include literature and horseback riding.

Kristin Schuler-Hintz has been practicing creditor’s rights for over 20 years. She is the Chairperson of the Creditors Bar Section and President of the Creditors Rights Attorney Association of Nevada. Her interests include Portuguese wine, dog rescue and travel.

Peter Dubowsky is an attorney, comedy performer, and history lecturer. He has been a commercial collection litigator in Nevada since his admission to the State Bar of Nevada in 1993. He frequently speaks and writes throughout the United States on topics including commercial collections, ethics, judgment and foreign judgment enforcement, solo practice, forum selection clauses, and “Pay When Paid” provisions of a construction subcontract, among others. He is a founding officer of the CREDITOR RIGHTS ATTORNEYS ASSOCIATION OF NEVADA, INC. and an active member of the Commercial Law League of America, International Association of Commercial Collectors, and attorney member of the Commercial Collection Agencies of America.

Jessica George is a native of upstate New York where she administers the New York Prison Rape Elimination Act Program. She has worked as a therapist within the New York prison system for 9 years and been certified as an expert witness under the New York Domestic Violence Justice Act. She relaxes by spending time with her family, both human and fur, and reading classical literature.
