Description

This program will feature a panel discussion with Ms. Harris and Mr. Peralta about their respective administrative agencies. They will speak about the process for filing a charge, alternative dispute resolution, and each step of the process for pursuing a claim through their agencies.

This behind-the-scenes view of the labor commissioner and EEOC will enable attorneys to better represent clients bringing or defending claims through these agencies.

Lunch will be provided to all in-person attendees at the LV State Bar Office.
