CLE: Creditor’s Bar Section Symposium: Enforcing Judgments in Nevada

Description

The Symposium will consider the enforcement of unsecured judgments in Nevada, from the discovery of the debtor’s assets, through the basic enforcement procedures, and finally to the tools for getting at difficult assets and circumventing a debtor’s attempts to evade the judgment. The Symposium will be primarily useful to creditor rights counsel, bankruptcy counsel, and general civil litigators. The seminar may also be useful to family law practitioners in enforcing support judgments and estate planners engaging in asset protection to understand what really goes in post-judgment enforcement proceedings.
