Robert C. Kim is a Managing Partner of the Las Vegas office of Ballard Spahr and Co-Leader of the firm’s Gaming Team. Rob focuses on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, securities, and gaming matters. He advises clients on business formation, corporate governance, licensing, and energy-related agreements, with additional expertise in renewable energy, public finance, public-private partnerships, and distressed real estate. In mergers and acquisitions, Rob handles asset- and stock-based transactions, guiding clients through Nevada’s business laws and negotiating key deal components, including payment structures, indemnification, and fiduciary compliance.
