Robert C. Kim is a Managing Partner of the Las Vegas office of Ballard Spahr and Co-Leader of the firm’s Gaming Team. Rob focuses on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, securities, and gaming matters. He advises clients on business formation, corporate governance, licensing, and energy-related agreements, with additional expertise in renewable energy, public finance, public-private partnerships, and distressed real estate.
