On Monday, October 24, 2022, the Eighth Judicial District Court issued Administrative Order (AO) 22-12, which, according to the court’s blog post, “sets out extended hours for the Eighth Judicial District Court of Nevada Clerk’s Office for the general election on Nov. 8. The Clerk’s Office shall be open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Election Day to process potential election related filings. Litigants are encouraged to submit filing electronically. Questions regarding election related filings may be directed to the District Court Clerk’s Office. Judges will be available to ensure a fair and expeditious resolution of all election related action filed on Nov. 8.”
