On October 23, 2023, the Hon. Jerry Wiese, Chief Judge, and the Hon. Jacqueline M. Bluth, Judge, of the Eighth Judicial District Court, filed a petition in ADKT 0612 requesting the Nevada Supreme Court amend the Rules of Practice for the Eighth Judicial District Court.
On April 26, 2024, the Court issued an order adopting the proposed amendments as set forth in Exhibit A of the order. The amendments are effective 60 days from the date of this order.
