On June 21, 2023, the State Bar of Nevada’s Board of Governors adopted revisions to its Creed of Professionalism and Civility. The revised creed is now available on the state bar’s website, including a downloadable PDF.
After its adoption in January 2023, the creed was distributed widely online, in print, and at in-person events. Based on feedback received from attorneys and judges, the board revised the creed to provide for a more concise document, reflecting the core tenets of professionalism and civility.
