On April 20, 2021, the Second Judicial District Court issued Administrative Order 2021-05(A), announcing that the temporary closure of in-person access to the court, with some exceptions, will continue through May 31, 2021. In-person proceedings, other than jury trials, will continue through remote means, such as audio or videoconference, unless otherwise approved for hearing in designated family division rooms.
The criminal trials set in Trial Flight 8, scheduled to begin April 5, remain as set. Civil trials scheduled under TS 1, which began April 6, 2021, also remain as set. Trials in TFs and TSs will proceed as set by administrative order.
