On January 1, 2023, the Reno Municipal Court issued Administrative Order (AO) 2023-01, regarding court rules related to traffic citations. The order is consistent with changes enacted in AB 116 of the 2021 legislative session.
Exhibit A attached to the order lists the affected rules, including rules 14.1 through 14.4 for the Reno Municipal Court. The rules govern citations related to traffic offenses, resolutions of traffic misdemeanors, resolution of civil infractions, and demerit point reductions.
