On January 29, 2024, Justice Kristina Pickering, justice of the Nevada Supreme Court, and Hon. Bonnie A. Bulla and Hon. Deborah Westbrook, judges of the Nevada Court of Appeals, filed a petition in ADKT 0580 to amend the Nevada Rules of Appellate Procedure.
A public hearing will be conducted on the proposed rules on March 7, 2024, at 2 p.m. in the Nevada Supreme Court Courtroom in Carson City. The hearing will be videoconferenced to the courtroom in Las Vegas.
