Nevada Supreme Court Accepting Comments re: Bar Exam Through Noon, Aug. 5
On Friday, July 31, the Nevada Supreme Court issued an order in ADKT 0558 stating that it has received a motion to reconsider its July 24, 2020, order postponing the July 2020 examination and its May 20, 2020, order in which the court rejected canceling the examination and granting diploma privilege in favor of a modified examination.
The order states that the Board of Bar Examiners must report the result of its Aug. 4, 2020, beta test of the bar exam software to the Nevada Supreme Court no later than noon on Aug. 5, 2020.
The court has also received correspondence from examinees concerning the July 2020 exam which will be filed in ADKT 558. Any further comments should be submitted to the clerk of the Nevada Supreme Court for filing in ADKT 0558. Comments may be submitted electronically to nvscclerk@nvcourts.nv.gov no later than August 5, 2020, at 12 p.m.
