On June 15, 2022, the Las Vegas Township Justice Court issued Administrative Order (AO) 22-06, regarding mandatory electronic filing in criminal traffic cases. According to the order, all criminal traffic motions, confirmation of counsel submissions, and pleadings of any kind must be filed into the court’s case management system using its electronic filing system. In addition, all documentation, such as vehicle registrations, driver’s license information, or insurance information, must be uploaded using the court’s online dispute resolution platform, Matterhorn.
