On Thursday, June 10, 2021, the Las Vegas Township Justice Court issued Administrative Order 21-06 , rescinding the sections of Administrative Order 21-03 that mandate appearances by virtual means.
Parties will continue to have the option to appear by alternative means by filing a written request no later than two judicial days prior to their court date for all civil cases.
The remaining provisions of Administrative Order 21-03 will expire July 1, 2021.
