On Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2022, the Las Vegas Township Justice Court issued Administrative Order 22-02, establishing policies applicable to all categories of justice of the peace pro tempore. The order addresses:
- Making appearances and being listed as attorney of record;
- Recusal;
- Election restrictions;
- Recruitment processes;
- Restrictions on duties; and
- Disqualification.
The order also rescinds Administrative Order 16-04.
