Henderson Justice Court Submits Petition re: Local Rules
On Tuesday, July 14, the Henderson Township Justice Court filed a petition with the Nevada Supreme Court to adopt local rules of practice for the justice court. A complete list of the proposed rules are included in Exhibit A of the petition.
