Description
Judge Sunny Bailey of the Nevada 8th Judicial District Court will share insights from the bench and share best practices for rules of evidence. The CLE will cover trial preparation, motions in limine, admitting evidence, and dealing with objections. Judge Bailey will present the course in-person in her courtroom (Family Courtroom 7) at the Family Courts and Services Center. Nevada-licensed or emeritus-certified attorneys can earn 2.0 general CLE credit by attending. This course will be hosted by the Pro Bono Project of Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada. Lunch will be provided to attendees.
