This timely CLE program, held in recognition of Juneteenth, will both briefly reflect on the history and significance of this important day and explore the current state of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the legal field. Our expert panel will provide insights into the evolving legal landscape affecting DEI efforts in law firms and legal organizations. Participants will gain practical strategies to ethically and effectively advance diversity and inclusion initiatives while adapting to emerging legal considerations. Attendees will leave better equipped to help build a more just, equitable, and representative legal profession.
