On August 9, 2024, the Eighth Judicial District Court issued Administrative Order 24-05, reassigning one hundred cases currently assigned to Department 11 and forty cases currently assigned to Department 4. These cases will be reassigned to Department 21 from randomly selected new cases filed during the period from March 1, 2024 to the present. A list of the reassigned cases is attached as an exhibit to the order.
