The Nevada Commission on Judicial Discipline has undertaken a comprehensive review of its Procedural Rules and has approved amendments contained in its order dated October 4, 2024, which is also available on the commission’s website located at https://judicial.nv.gov.
The commission invites written comment from the bench, bar and public regarding the amendments to the commission’s Procedural Rules. Comments may be submitted electronically or in hard-copy format to: Nevada Commission on Judicial Discipline, P.O.
