An attorney seeking reinstatement from a CLE suspension must submit an application along with proof of completion of a minimum of 15 hours of accredited educational activity, at least six of which must be exclusively in the area of ethics and professional conduct, and one credit in the area of substance abuse within the period of 12 months immediately preceding the filing of the application. This requirement is separate from and in addition to the annual credit requirement of SCR 210(1).

Instructions:

This application will ask you to upload a single PDF of all course completion certificates of attendance that demonstrate compliance with Supreme Court Rule 213.

Alternatively, you may manually enter individual course information including the:

    • Total number of course titles for which you would like to claim credit.
    • Course title, course provider name and date of completion for each program.
    • Total number of general, ethics and AAMH credits claimed for each program.

Finally, this application must be accompanied by any fees assessed under SCR 212(3)(b). You will be asked to indicate which fees are owed and to pay online. If the fees entered are incorrect, we will contact you to make any remaining payments.
