CLE: Entertainment Law for Filmmakers

The Sports & Entertainment Law Section, in conjunction with the Nevada Film Office, presents “Entertainment Law for Filmmakers.” This is part of the Film Nevada Workshop Series. Topics include:

• Copyright and Trademark basics,
• Choice of operating entity,
• Contracting for the rights you need,
• Basic production contracts,
• Submission releases, and
• Distribution agreements.

This event is free and open to the public and will be held at West Charleston Library, 6301 W. Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89146.
