ATTORNEY APPLICANTS - CERTIFICATE OF GOOD STANDING AND DISCIPLINARY HISTORY

Attorney applicants who have been admitted in any other jurisdiction must contact the appropriate authority of each state in which admitted (even if not currently licensed) and submit BOTH a certificate certifying that the applicant is a member in good standing AND a disciplinary history report specifying any disciplinary proceedings affecting the applicant. (SCR 52 and Addendum 1, Paragraph 11)
