Amendments to Nevada Rules of Appellate Procedure Become Effective Aug. 15
On June 7, 2024, the Nevada Supreme Court issued an order in ADKT 0580 amending the Nevada Rules of Appellate Procedure. The amended rules are effective prospectively on August 15, 2024, as to all pending cases and cases initiated after that date.
