Las Vegas Justice Court Rescinds Obsolete Orders

On April 12, 2022, the Las Vegas Township Justice Court issued Administrative Order (AO) 22-04, which rescinds several court orders following a review of all the court’s AOs. The change eliminates those AOs that are  obsolete, no longer relevant, superseded by statute or court rule, or the order has already been fully complied with.
