On February 10, 2021, the Second Judicial District Court issued Administrative Order 2021-05, announcing that the temporary closure of in-person access to the court, with some exceptions, will continue through April 4, 2021. In-person proceedings, other than jury trials, will continue through remote means, such as audio or videoconference.
The trials set in Trial Flight 8, scheduled to begin April 5, remain as set. Trials original set for Trial Flight 7 are continued to Trial Flight 8, unless otherwise ordered. Civil trials originally set for March 2021 are continued to TS 1, which begins April 6, 2021.
