On Thursday, October 28, the Nevada Bar Study entered the second phase of its survey outreach. Many prospective participants may have received emails from AccessLex Institute or from the survey platform Qualtrics over the past several days. These emails are not a scam. AccessLex institute is partnering with the State Bar of Nevada to conduct this study, which is endorsed by the Nevada Supreme Court and Chief Justice Hardesty. The CLE Board has authorized 3 CLE credits for those participating in this important study.

In the first phase of the study, a group of lawyers consented to participate and provided the names and contact information of at least one supervisor, at least one peer, and a judge before whom they have appeared or for whom they may have clerked. Supervisors, peers, and judges of these lawyers were emailed last week and asked to complete a survey. Due to the security settings of some email clients and servers, these may have been flagged as unsafe or marked as spam, so please double-check your spam/junk folders. If you received an email from AccessLex Institute, please complete the survey (or surveys, if you received surveys for more than one individual).

Should you have any questions, please email the Research Team at research@accesslex.org.
