New Eviction Mediation Rules Effective Immediately

On June 25, 2021, the Nevada Supreme Court issued an order in ADKT 0567 amending the Eviction Mediation Rules, now to be known as the Eviction Mediation Rules for Designated Eviction Proceedings. The rules can be found in Exhibit A of the order. The order is effective immediately. For more information, see ADKT 0567.
