04/07/2011: Nevada Supreme Court Orders Rule Changes

On April 6, 2011, the Nevada Supreme Court issued three orders amending the following Supreme Court Rules:

• ADKT 352: Order amending Supreme Court Rule 51.5 (certification by the committee on functional equivalency) correcting reference numbers.
• ADKT 448: Order amending Supreme Court Rule 118 (appointment of counsel to protect client's interest)
• ADKT 452: Order amending Supreme Court Rule 42 to raise pro hac vice application fees from $500 to $550.
