ViewPresumptive Maximum Amounts of Child Support
Pursuant to subsection 3 of NRS 125B.070, The Nevada Supreme Court has adjusted the presumptive maximum amounts of child support. The change follows the U.S. Department of Labor's Consumer Price Index, which increased 3 percent in the 2011 calendar year. The presumptive maximum amounts originally established and modified annually will increase 3 percent effective July 1, 2012.
