Nevada Supreme Court Amends Mandatory CLE Requirements

The Nevada Supreme Court recently amended Supreme Court Rule 210 (regarding mandatory continuing legal education requirements) via ADKT 478.  The order, which was issued on January 10, 2013, makes it mandatory for Nevada attorneys to take a minimum of one CLE hour per three year period on substance abuse, addictive disorders and or mental health issues.

The order making these requirements mandatory will be effective as of February 10, 2013.
