EIGHTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT REDISTRIBUTES CASES
The Eighth Judicial District Court redistributed a substantial amount of cases per Administrative Orders 12-03, 12-04 and 12-05. Both civil and criminal cases were impacted by the case reassignment, which was official as of Monday, August 6, 2012.

To view information about a specific case transfer, or to confirm an upcoming hearing date, visit the Odyssey system. Under SCR 48.1, a peremptory challenge may be available to you as a result of having a case reassigned.
