The retirement of Second Judicial District Court Judge Steven Elliot has created a judicial vacancy in the Second Judicial District Court, Department 10. The Commission is currently accepting applications for this position; all applications must be submitted, in hard copy, to the Supreme Court by 5 p.m. on Friday, January 11.
Applications may be obtained via the Supreme Court website. All applications must be submitted to the Commission Secretary in accordance with the instructions in the application. Applicants must use the application provided specifically for this vacancy.
