2014-2015 State Bar of Nevada Board of Governors Elections
On Sunday, June 8, voting for the 2014-2015 State Bar of Nevada Board of Governors concluded. District 1 (Clark County) had a contested election to fill four seats and there were no vacancies for District 2 (rural counties) or District 3 (Carson City). District 4 (Washoe County) also had an uncontested election.
District 1: Clark County

Ms. Armeni is a Board of Governors member that was re-elected for another two-year term. She is the former chair of the bar's Young Lawyers Section and is also past president of Nevada Attorneys for Criminal Justice and current member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Clark County and American Bar Associations.

Mr. Works is a partner at the firm of McDonald Carano
Wilson and he practices primarily in corporate bankruptcy,
insolvency and business litigation. Since becoming a member of the bar, he has been active in bar
